FXCH Series Reverse Pulse Jet Filter Units
Our FXCV & FXCH series of reverse pulse jet dust collectors are designed for use on more specialist dusts where the extraction system can not be shut down during the process. The pulse system introduces a "pulse"of compressed air into the filters at predetermined intervals allowing the dust extraction process to continue uninterrupted.

Our FXCV & FXCH range of reverse pulse jet filter units are designed to be used in more specialist dust control applications that cannot be handled by our standard shaker type filter systems.
The reverse jet filter unit has an electronic control system mounted to the side of the unit with pre determined pulse settings based upon the type of dust being filtered.
The vertical filter assembly on the FXCV range allows a consistent airflow around the filters improving extraction efficiency and improved pulse cleaning as the vertical cartridge assembly allows the dust "cake" to fall freely into the waste bin, while the horizontal assembly on our FXCH series allows a larger volume of filter media to be used in a compact space as the filters are stacked horizontally on top of each other.
The entire range of reverse pulse filters are modular by design allowing multiple arrangements to be positioned together to increase filter media areas incorporating fans designed to achieve specific volume flow rates to suit individual application requirements.
