FXW Series Wet Dust Collectors
Our FXW series of wet dust collectors are specifically designed for applications which require air volumes under 2,000 cfm.
The collector cleans the air by the combined action of centrifugal force and a violent mixing of water and dust laden air. The dust is separated by a curtain of water created by the flow of air past a stationary impeller. This airflow causes the dust to become trapped in the water droplets before settling in the water at the bottom of the collector.

The design of the collector allows for either close connection to the source or remotely located using interconnecting ductwork,
With no filter media to replace or change the maintenance requirements of the dust collector are minimal .
The dust produced from applications such as grinding, buffing, polishing, sanding bag filling and weighing are controlled without exhausting tempered air.
The source capture and dust removal features of the dust collector allow exhaust air to be recirculated into the work area helping to conserve energy and provides a clean working environment.
